What is the OAK Series?

It our way of letting you know that the special and amazing piece you have purchased is One of A Kind, meaning there is no other piece like it!!! Once made, we do not replicate that piece in the same fabric, pattern or style/shape. There may be a similar rendition, but not the same.

How Do I Know If It is My Size?

A sizing chart is provided for each outfit, except the 'one size' pieces.

There is something wrong with my order, how do I go about addressing this?

 What happens if I need to return or exchange a piece?

 Don’t worry, if there was an issue with your purchase, please contact us via email @ sales@tinolyj.shop within 72 hours of delivery. Kindly include a photo and a detailed description in your email, and if its okay with you, we may be able to get on a video call to address the issue. In cases where the situation cannot be addressed or fixed, we will be glad to take the outfit off your hands and consider issuing a refund. Please note, shipping cost will not be refunded.
