Now, because we are so sure that you will totally love all our pieces, we will not be offering returns and exchanges at this time, only on a case-by-case basis. please read below 😊

If there was an issue with your purchase, please contact us via email@ sales@tinolyj.shop within 72 hours of delivery. Kindly include a photo and a detailed description in your email.  In cases where the situation cannot be addressed or fixed, we will be glad to take the outfit off your hands and consider issuing a refund. Please note, shipping cost will not be refunded.
